Every party needs some awesome decorations to set the scene. You can start by setting the scene of the party with the amazing mural above. Other fun options include picking up a Star Wars birthday banner and ceiling danglers.

There's also a few cool balloon kits out there with the Star Wars theme. My favorite is the Darth Vadar balloon Bouquet on the right, but if the birthday boy or girl is a Clone Wars fan, be sure to check out this sweet foil balloon.

Another option is to pick up a R2D2 and CP3O stand-up poster or this Yoda stand-up: they make for pretty sweet photo opportunities!

Star Wars 3D Pinata
Looking for some wall decorations that match the Star Wars theme? Check out these Star Wars wall decals, which are easy to apply and remove. Adding some glow in the dark stars  to the mix would look amazing too!

Last but not least, I recommend picking up the incredible looking Millennium Falcon pinata on the left for a decoration that doubles as an amazing party game. If you are looking for some more fun things to do, check out this cool Star Wars party game too.

Once the house is decorated and ready, its time to lay the table with a Star Wars table cover like this one or the one on the right, decorate it with a cool Star Wars centerpiece like this one and get ready for the party feast!

If you are wanting the standard Star Wars look, I recommend the kit featured above, which comes with everything you see in the picture: a whole array of plates, napkins and cups.

If you are going for a more villainous Star Wars themed party, you can get a matching tableware set here, which comes with plates, cups, napkins and table cover. Its really cool looking, kids are sure to love it.

Outer Space Themed Party Supplies and Ideas

Space Ship Rocket Happy Birthday Blast Alien Balloon Party Set Mylar Latex Kit

Latex Space Balloons
This post is for all the kids out there who love looking out into the black and want to be astronauts some day. Why not treat them to an out of this world galactic themed birthday party? If that sounds like fun, have them send out some space themed invitations to all their friends, put on your space party hats, and lets blast off!

The first thing you'll need are some stellar home party decorations to match the theme. There are a tonne of balloons available in many different styles, such as the colorful cartoon style of the balloons above of the more realistic style of those on the right. You can even add some of these cool latex balloons decorated like the Earth or these Alien Head balloons to the mix just for fun.
Other decorative party pieces include this cool Space banner and these awesome Solar System ceiling swirls. Just hang them up and you are ready to go!

Inflatable Astronaut and Space Shuttle - 2 Pc Set

Space Shuttle Pinata
If you want to go all out, I highly recommend the giant inflatable astronaut and space shuttle set featured above - they look seriously incredible, and they make fun toys an bedroom decorations after the party is over.

Another fun idea is to decorate your home to look like a galaxy. You can put cool glow in the dark stars and planet themed decals up on the walls to recreate the effect of a night sky. This works especially well if the party is taking place in the evening.

Some decorations even double as great party games, which makes them fantastic value - for example why not pick up a rocket pinata like the one on the left, or this sweet Space Odyssey Photo Op party banner? The kids are sure to love it to bits. Literally in the case of the pinata.

Once you've decorated your home, its time to move on to the dining room and prepare a cosmic birthday feast. Start by laying down an outer space table cover and decorating the table with a rocket themed centerpiece like this one.

Foam Space Shuttle Gliders (1 dz)
With that done, you'll need some tableware. Check out the amazing kit featured above, which comes with everything you see in the photo! If you want art which is more photo-realistic, check out these cool cups here.

With the table reader, its time to make some cakes (check out the cool cake topper below and the cupcake picks on the right), and maybe pick up some snacks like Globe Foiled Milk Chocolate Earth Balls. You can even make some awesome rocket shaped cakes using this mini cake pan and decorate it with some cute space themed candles. Or, why not bake some rocket shaped cookies using this sweet cookie cutter?

Outer Space Cupcake Toppers
When its finally time to come back down to Earth, be sure that your guests have something to remember their epic trip by. Fill some space party bags with plenty of stellar goodies, like some space themed blowouts, rocket ship kaleidoscopes,  foam space shuttle foam gliders, space shuttle yo-yos and educational stickers.

Last of all, don't forget to send some space-themed thank you notes to every one who came!
